Can a teammate be on some brands and not others?

Yes. Permissions are scoped per brand-membership. The brand switcher only shows brands they can access.

What is the max number of brands?

Soft cap at 50 per workspace; reach out if you need more. We have scaled tested at 200.

Do brands share customer data?

No, by design. Brand A's contacts cannot be queried from Brand B. Each brand is its own tenant.
