Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Comvix. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from charging — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No phone calls or support tickets required.
14-Day Free Trial
All new accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required at signup, so there is nothing to refund if you decide Comvix isn't for you.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the period in which a charge has already been processed, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next month's charge. Pro-rata refunds are not generally offered for monthly plans.
Annual Plans
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of the subscription. After 30 days, no refund is available, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal. To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact billing@comvix.ai with your account email.
Add-ons (Brand Add-on, Credit Packs)
Brand add-on charges are prorated automatically when you add or remove a brand mid-cycle. Credit / message / Studio image packs are one-off purchases and are not refundable once activated, but they roll over until used (no expiry on already-purchased credits).
Exceptions
We will offer a refund outside of the policies above in cases of: (a) extended platform-wide downtime exceeding any contractual SLA, (b) duplicate billing caused by a Stripe error, or (c) any case required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Process & Timing
Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank settlement may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
