Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Comvix platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read carefully — we have written them in plain English wherever the law allows.
Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Comvix, a service operated by Valdura LTD — a company registered in England and Wales (the 'Company', 'we', 'us'). The agreement governs your use of Comvix, including the website, dashboard, APIs, and any associated services.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@comvix.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy.
Subscription & Billing
Comvix is offered on monthly or yearly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page in USD; taxes are added at checkout where required. We may revise pricing for new billing cycles with 30 days' notice; existing prepaid periods continue at the agreed rate. Failure to pay an invoice may result in service suspension after a 14-day grace period.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may either subscribe to a paid plan or let your account become read-only. Trial accounts are subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) use Comvix to send spam, harass, or harm others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent our security; (c) abuse our AI features (e.g. fine-tuning models on prohibited content); (d) violate the terms of any messaging provider you connect (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.); (e) use the service for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unused subscription time.
Intellectual Property
Comvix, its source code, design, and trademarks are the property of Valdura LTD. You retain full ownership of all data you put into the platform — your customer messages, contacts, AI training documents, and any media you upload remain yours. By using AI features, you grant us a limited licence to process your data through our AI providers strictly to deliver the service.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where contractually agreed in an Enterprise SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via in-app banner. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (your messaging APIs, Stripe, etc.) outside our control.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We may terminate your account for breach of these terms with a 14-day notice (or immediately for severe violations). On termination you have 90 days to export your data; after that we delete it permanently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Comvix is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data (where you had access to backups), or third-party claims.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Valdura LTD against any claim, loss, or expense arising from (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your unlawful use of the service, or (c) your infringement of any third party's rights through your use of Comvix.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Comvix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
