Payments

Take payment without leaving the chat

Stripe, PayMob, Tap, iyzico, MercadoPago, WhatsApp Pay, cash on delivery, bank transfer. The AI generates the right link for the right country in one tap; the customer pays in two clicks; the order shows in your dashboard the moment it clears. No copy-paste between PayPal and your spreadsheet.

Why teams pick it

One link, the right gateway

Egypt → PayMob. UAE / Saudi → Tap or PayTabs. Turkey → iyzico. Latin America → MercadoPago. The AI picks based on the customer phone country code; you set it up once.

Cash on delivery + bank transfer

Not every customer pays online. COD + manual transfer flows are first-class — the order is created on commit, status updates as you reconcile, no spreadsheet on the side.

Refunds + reconciliation

Refund from inside Comvix; the gateway pushes the refund + the customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation. Monthly reconciliation export covers every gateway in one CSV.

How merchants use it

Quick checkout in DM

Customer asks for a product → AI generates pay link → customer pays in 2 taps → order shows in dashboard. Total cycle: under 60 seconds.

Booking deposits

Take 25% upfront when the appointment is booked. If the customer cancels in policy window, the deposit auto-refunds.

Storefront checkout

Native storefront uses the same payment configuration as your chat checkout. Set up once, applies everywhere.

Works with

Frequently asked

Do you take a cut on every transaction?

On Stripe Connect-routed payments we charge a small platform fee on top of Stripe's standard rate. On direct gateways (your own PayMob / Tap account) we take nothing — you keep the gateway's rate.

Can I use my existing Stripe account?

Yes. Either connect your existing Stripe account via Stripe Connect, or use our Connect onboarding to spin up a new one. You stay the merchant of record either way.

How does WhatsApp Pay work?

In countries where Meta has rolled out WhatsApp Pay (India, Brazil, Singapore so far), the customer pays inside the WhatsApp app itself — no link, no redirect. We auto-prefer it when available.
